Q: What is slime made of?
A: Our slimes are made from safe, high quality ingredients like, glue, activator, clays and lots of fun mix ins! Everything is non-toxic and handmade with love 🩷

Q: Is slime safe for kids?
A: Yes! Our slimes are safe for kids ages 6 and up with adult supervision. Slime should never be eaten and should always be used with clean hands and on clean surfaces.

Q: How long does slime last?
A: With proper care (airtight storage, clean hands etc.) Your slime can last weeks to months! Keep it sealed and dont leave it out too long to avoid drying. 

Q: What if my slime arrives sticky or melted? 
A: This can happen from weather! Dont worry each order comes with slime care cards and activator powder. Put your activator powder into a bottle or cup you dont use and add 2 cups of warm water, mix and you have ur activator, then add it slowly with little bits at a time. Your slime will be perfect again in no time! ✨

A: Yes! 💌 You can message us through our Contact page or DM us on instagram, we love creating magical slimes for our jazzy jar fam!

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: Due to the handmade nature of slime we dont offer refunds or returns. However if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help!
